What are the different roles of the Growth Management Department's planning staff, engineering staff, and building inspection staff?

The role of our staff is summarized below.

• Our planning staff handles site plans, subdivisions, addressing, and various other land use entitlements.
• Our engineering staff focuses on environmental permits, stormwater, grading, and trees.
• Our building inspection staff issues building permits, performs inspections throughout the construction process, and issues certificates of occupancy.
